Photography studio hire
A 60% booking fee of total hire charge required in cleared funds before date of hire. Remainder to be paid in full on day of hire. Please remember to include your set up and take down time, makeup, dressing and briefing time within your time scale to avoid overtime charges. Overtime will only be possible if the period immediately after the agreed hire period is free from hire by another party. The studio will not be held responsible for shooting time lost by models that are late or fail to arrive. All shots should be legal and not of a nature that could bring PRP Studio into disrepute, you have access to the studio only for the time you have booked.
Damages & Breakages
Equipment will be proven on arrival and demonstrated at the start of your booking. Any breakages or damage to equipment and props during the hire period will be the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for. The studio will not be held responsible or liable for any accident caused to them whilst using the studio or equipment.
Cancellations
Booking fee is non refundable.
